Housed in 5R/2 Quarters adjacent to the residence of
Commissioner-cum-Secretary to the Governor, it is managed by one
Medicine Specialist and one Medical Officer with one Nursing
Sister, one Staff Nurse, one female Health Worker , one
Pharmacist, one Laboratory Technician, one Dresser & two Sweepers
.
Presently one Cardiologist and one Medicine Specialist are working
in the Staff Dispensary. Besides looking after health needs of
His Excellency the Governor and family, they also manage the
Dispensary OPD which opens from 8-12 Noon in the forenoon and 4-6
PM in the afternoon (except on Sundays and Public Holidays when
the afternoon OPD is closed)
The Dispensary caters to the health needs of the staff of Raj
Bhavan and their dependent family members. General Public are
also allowed to get free consultation only at Raj Bhavan Staff
Dispensary.
